
Usage: /LOCKCMD <command>
  Lock  a  <command> so that subsequent text typed on the command line
  will  be  used  as  arguments to the command.  This is useful if you
  need  to  execute  a  command  several times in a row.  Typing a '-'
  (minus)  and  then  pressing  [RETURN]  at  the  command line prompt
  cancels the lock mode.

  Example:
     /LOCKCMD /MSG bob
     then the command line might look like this:
     [pub|8:26p]> /MSG bob
                           ^ you start typing here
