
Usage: /LIST <channel>
  This  command  allows  you to see who is in this channel, or another
  channel.   It  will  display  the users' name, idle time, time used,
  flags,  and  comment  or  command  they  are executing.  If they are
  executing  a  command  that you can also execute, a "%" precedes the
  command  in  the  comment  field.   If  you  have you access to that
  command a "%?" is displayed instead.

  <channel> can be one of the following:
            <name> - name of the channel
            ALL    - show all the channels
            .      - this channel

  Examples:
     /LIST
     /LIST all
