One reason the Japanese have rocketed to the top of the financial
world is because their workers are constantly thinking of new
             ideas.

Two of every three Japanese employees submit suggestions to save
money, increase efficiency and boost morale. Only 8 percent of
Americans do that (1:8.33). The Japanese make 2,472 suggestions
per 100 employees as compared to only 13 per 100 workers in the
             United States (1:190).

Japanese employers adopt four of every five suggestions as
compared to one in four in the U.S., according to NASS
             (National Association for Suggestion Systems).
