Using Logitech Mice with OS/2 (version 1.2)
4/15/92

All Logitech Mice work with the IBM OS/2 mouse drivers. Proper installation
for the various types of mice is as follows:

Series 9 Serial Mouse, Series 7 Serial Mouse (all serial mice but MouseMan):

Select "Mouse Systems Mouse" during OS/2 installation.

Note: When using the Series 9 Serial Mouse or Series 7 Serial
Mouse, be sure to "cold boot" (power the system off and back
on) when running OS/2, or issue the command MOUSE PC from the
DOS prompt if booting from DOS to OS/2.

MouseMan Serial Mouse, Dexxa Serial Mouse:

Select "Microsoft Serial Mouse" during OS/2 installation.

All Bus Mice:

Select "Microsoft Mouse, Bus Version - Model 199" during OS/2
	installation.

All PS/2 Mice:

Install as IBM PS/2 Mouse during OS/2 installation.

Mouse-based software under the OS/2 Compatibility Box:

The DOS mouse driver can only be run if the OS/2 driver is not loaded. The
DOS driver should function properly in the Compatibility Box. DOS
applications which support a mouse should work properly in the compatibility
box with the OS/2 driver.

If an application is not working properly with the mouse under the
compatibility box, try running the application from DOS using the DOS mouse
driver. System intensive applications may not function properly in the OS/2
DOS Compatibility Box.
