`Email bombs is a simple method of filling up your mailbox
`with mostly harrassing messages, which most of the time
`crashes a system due to heavy loads of messages.
`
If you were one of those people who as a Sysop and or Moderator
was targeted for Email Bombs, harassment, threats, intimidation,
coercion and general abuse via FIDONET and the Internet we have
GOOD NEWS for you. A recent incident and information we have
received from the operator of an anonymous remailer has allowed
us to conclusively trace back some of messages to their originators.

We are now soliciting for an attorney in the Newport News, Virginia
area to develop and initiate litigation against one of these
perpetrators for the purpose of obtaining compensation for actual
and punitive damages. While it is our intention to initiate
individual litigation against ALL of these info-terrorists we are
interested in supporting YOUR individual legal action to recover
damages or a group or class action lawsuit.

At this time an Internet Service Provider is fallaciously using a
claim of "user privacy" to hide the identity of one of these
perpetrators from us while at the same time acknowledging that
one of their "users" was involved and admitting to us that they
will be "dealing" with him. We demand to DEAL with him in our own
unique fashion. We suspect that the ISP fears their own implied
liability in this matter despite our assurances that we are not
interested in seeking damages against them. In fact we have offered
to release them from any liability if they disclose this "user's"
identity to us. Unfortunately, they continue to refuse to cooperate.
We regret that it appears that it will be necessary to initiate
litigation against the ISP in order to force disclosure of the
requested information. It is for this reason that I hope to bring
as many lawsuits as possible to bear upon the ISP and in the end the
info-terrorist himself.

A parallel Federal and State criminal investigation may be be
initiated at the same time as the civil litigation. We are committed
to applying ANY and ALL personal and organizational resources we
deem necessary to achieve justice in this matter.

Since our FIDONET-INTERNET gateway is shut down we have no way of
contacting these folks on the list directly. If those of you who are
reading this know how to contact them we would appreciate your forwarding
this message directly to them. If your name appears on this list we are
most interested in hearing from you however, we want to hear from ANYONE
who has been a target of these cyber-terrorists:

The hands of justice is starting to tighten around the necks
of these cybercriminals; something many of us have been waiting
patiently for a long time.
