FHSizer for Windows is the same program as Sizer for Windows, except that it incorporates
the additions found in bothe FSizer and HSizer.

****** FSizer for Windows 3.x, NT and 95 ******
***********************************************

FSizer for Windows is the same program as Sizer for Windows except that it is not as
graphic intensive. I wrote FSizer in response to some users of Sizer who felt their computer
was not fast enought to run Sizer. In effect, FSizer just disregards every other move command
that it receives. Because Windows receives a lot of move messages when sizing a window, the
visual effect of ignoring every other messages is negligible. In addition, the number of paint
commands sent to the window being sized is cut in half, reducing some of the drag shadows left
behind.

****** HSizer for Windows 3.x, NT and 95 ******

HSizer for Windows is the same program as Sizer for Windows except that the icon is
hidden from the user. This has the advantage of not taking up desktop/task bar space. One
note however, is that HSizer cannot be turned off while running Windows. The only way to
deactivate it is to take it out of your startup group and restart Windows.

****** Sizer for Windows 3.x, NT and 95 ******
**********************************************

Sizer for Windows is a desktop enhancement program that performs dynamic
resizing of Windows. Although this option is included with Windows NT (for fast machines)
and possibly with Microsoft Plus for Windows 95, this program provides the same functionality
under Windows 3.x, Windows NT (for all machines), and Windows 95.

Dynamic resizing simply means that instead of the standard window outline you get
when you size or move a window, the window actually moves with the mouse. Thus, you can watch
your windows grow, shrink, and move without wondering what they will look like when you are
finished.

Sizer intercepts all Windows mouse messages, but only processes those that deal with
the sizing of windows. Thus, Sizer has negligible effect on system performance. Sizer has
been tested on a Pentium-90 running Windows 3.1, 3.11, and NT, as well as on a 486-33
running Windows 95.

To run Sizer, copy both sizer.exe and sizedll.dll to the same directory, and run sizer.exe
from program manager or file manager. Now resize your windows! Pretty cool! You can even
put a sizer icon in your startup group.

**Other projects**

Another shareware program I am writing is a toolbar for Windows 3.x and NT that includes
time, date, system resources (GDI, USER, SYSTEM), free disk space, a timer, and exit, restart, and
reboot buttons. This program is TOTALLY customizable. It has the complete 3D look, resources
are monitored by bar graphs (you choose the color), the timer operates by seconds, and the time
and date formats are customizable. In addition, this program includes the ability to run
programs at Windows shutdown (closing an FTP server) and to randomly change the background image.
