1.31 Maintenance Release - Released November 11, 1992 @ 1:31am

- Finally fixed word-wrap - thanks Philippe for the example!
- EFL 1.30 wouldn't allow you to go forward if you didn't have at least
one file on the display page - fixed. Thanks Jim!
- Included the "ATTENTION PROBOARD" inside the readme file.
- EFL and EFLCFG will now search the PEX directory for EFL.INI if it
doesn't find it in the startup directory. Thanks again Philippe!

1.312 Maintenance Release

- NEW EFLCFG FILE USES EFL.INI.
- Fixed a problem when a file that was 'missing', EFL would incorrectly
  assign a letter to it.
- Sometimes word-wrap wouldn't wrap the line properly - fixed (finally?).
(send me an example of a files listing that breaks it if this doesn't
   fix it).
- Adding files inside the batch menu wouldn't properly handle CDROM
listings that used the SECOND field as the filesize - fixed. EFL
now will both versions of CDROM listings, even mixed together.
- Adding files inside the batch menu wouldn't properly mark tagged files
in free areas as "free" - fixed.

1.311 Maintenance Release

- NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO EFLCFG IN THIS BETA RELEASE.
- Fixed a problem with download restrictions.
- Fixed the Download start time & end time not recognizing valid download
  limits.
- Security wasn't completely being checked under the batch menu - [A]dd
  function - fixed.
- Fixed a problem a user would log on and go into a file area that no
longer existed. In that circumstance, EFL now scans for the next
available area that the user has access to and goes there. If it
doesn't find one, it will start from Area 1 and continue up until it
  one area is available.
- Word-wrap increased to support up to 512 characters on a single line.
- Changed the '-' & '+' area changing keys to '[' and ']', respectively.
This was needed because some modems went to command mode after +++.
- Added ability to handle 10000 file areas in anticipation for the next
  release of ProBoard.

1.30 Released

- Added a flashing '*' in the tag character color that will indicate new
files - not available in CD-ROM listings.
- Fixed some security checks.
- Added the ability to create your own ANSI help screen - EFL130.ANS.
This file is placed in the "textfiles" path listing in PROCFG.
- Added "End of listing." line.
- Changed lower menu bar to a more "natural" look.
- Added the ability to sense whether a listing is <filename> <date> <size>
or <filename> <size> <date>. This was needed for some CD-ROM disks that
come with files.bbs files and use the other format.
- Added the More?[Y,n] prompt to viewing file area listings where the
number of areas is greater then a page full (38 at a time).
- Tagged files that computed to less than 1 minute download time would
sometimes show up as 0 minutes to download - fixed.

EFL 1.30 Beta 2

- Fixed obscure bug that would leave an EFL130.TAG file with '0' bytes.

EFL 1.30 Beta 1

- First wide released beta.
- EFL now supports:
+ full-screen tagging without redrawing the screen.
+ any non-batch protocol, like Xmodem.
+ EFL.KEY file for registered users - easier updates.
+ No more startup delay for the shareware version.
+ too many other things to list - read docs.

EFL 1.21

- First release of the software along with ProBoard 1.21.
