EE Bond Value Estimator - Ver 3.1 - Released October 1995

Mark Keller Software, 2 Seaside Court, Sacramento, CA 95831.

This program provides an easy way to estmate the current
value of EE Savings Bonds. It is designed for Quicken users but
may be useable with several other personal finance packages.

Why EE Bond Value Estimator? Because with a comprehensive
personal finance program like Quicken you shouldn't need a
complicated Savings Bond program too. Quicken can handle Savings
Bonds completely except for not being able to automatically show
their increase in value. That is what this program provides. If
the bonds are set up in a certain way in Quicken, this program will
provide the data to update their estimated value on a monthly basis.

Some user comments: "Great application!", "I especially
like the interface with Quicken", "...it was just what I was looking
for. The Quicken update works well...", "Glad to stumble across this".

The complete documentation is in the windows help for the
program. You will at least need to read the section on setting up
your bonds in Quicken.

	System requirements for this package:
		Windows 3.1
		350K of disk space
VBRUN300.DLL installed (it probably already is, if
not then see the Install section of help)

The archive or diskette this came on should have at least
the following files:
EEBVE.EXE - The EE Bond Value Estimator program
EEBVE.TBL - Table of Data for the Estimator program
EEBVE.HLP - The windows help file for EEBVE
EEBVE.TXT - This Read Me file
REGISTER.EXE - The Kagi Registration Program
REGISTER.HLP - Help for Kagi Registration
	THREED.VBX - VBX for 3D Effects
	INSTALL.EXE - The installation program
INSTALL.TXT - Part of the install program
APPSETUP.INF - Part of the install program
CTL3D.DLL - Part of the install program
README.BAT - Shows the Read Me file prior to install
	FILE_ID.DIZ - Description of EEBVE
VENDOR.TXT - Information for Shareware Vendors

To install the Bond Value Estimator you need to have at
least the first eleven of the above files on a diskette or in a
directory. Then just run the install program by using Window's
File / Run menu selection to run INSTALL.EXE. ie; if the files
were on a diskette in drive a you would enter A:INSTALL.EXE in
the command line box of the file run window.
The install program will install the EEBVE files on your
system and set up a program group for them.

This program is being realeased as Shareware. That means
that you get to try it before you buy it. If you continue to use
it, you must register it ($8). There is a section in the help
file on registration, and the program has an option to print a form.
See the help file for more information.
