   as follows:
                OEM3 .INF
                TEAC4X .MPD

Boot up Windows 95 and go to "Control Panel", double-click "Add New

   Click "Have Disk".

If the disk isn't in Drive A, change the drive letter or directly. Then
   click "OK".

Confirm the I/O address setting. If this address is different from your
hardware I/O address (dip switch), you must set same address later.
Refer to How to set the I/O address.

Caution!

If you select "Restart the computer in MS-DOS mode" in Shut Down option,
   system will not recognize CD-55A.

If you install the real mode driver from MS-DOS mode by using CD-55A CD-ROM
Installation Disk (P/N T000022-00C) after installing the protect mode
driver, your system will hung up.

This protect mode driver will not work with TEAC 16 bit I/F card.
If you are using TEAC 16 bit I/F card, you can not install the protect mode
driver unless you have TEAC 8 bit I/F card or Sound Blaster which has
   jumpers for I/O address 220H.

Your most DOS applications program can't run with Windows 95 because this
protect mode driver is still beta version.
