RETURN TO CAESARS ATLANTIC CITY

FOR ENCORE PERFORMANCES

Atlantic City, NJ --- Grammy Award winning singer Dionne Warwick and
legendary pianist/composer Burt bacharach headline at Caesars Circus Maximus
Theater in Atlantic City, August 4th, 5th & 6th.

Warwick's career launched in December of 1962 when she recorded the instant
hit, "Don't Make Me Over," written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David. The
Warwick-Bacharach/David team recorded 39 chart hits, many of them top-ten, in
an incredible span of ten years.

This illustrious team's biggest hits together include "Walk on By," "Message
to Michael," "I'll Say A Little Prayer," "This Girl's In Love With You," and
"I'll Never Fall in Love Again."

First Warwick got a star and then she won a Grammy. In 1985 she received her
"star" on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 1986 Warwick received a Grammy Award
for Best Performance by a Duo or Group when she joined Gladys Knight, Elton
John and Stevie Wonder in the hit recording, "That's What Friends Are For,"
which was written by Bacharach and Carole Bayer Sager. "That's What Friends
Are For" was the #1 song on the Hot 100/pop and Adult Contemporary charts in
1986.

Bacharach revolutionized music as one of America's most popular songwriters,
dating back to the 60's, with the likes of Lennon, Bob Dylan and Paul Simon.
He has written a variety of songs and highly polished Broadway show scores.
Film scores include million sellers like, "What's New Pussycat?," "Making
Love," "Arthur," "Night Shift," and the movie in which Bacharach received two
more Academy Awards, "Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid." He has written songs
for numerous artists, including Neil Diamond, Kenny Rogers, Barbara Streisand
and Tom Jones.

TONY BENNETT, WITH A 35 PIECE ORCHESTRA

PERFORMS AT CAESARS ATLANTIC CITY AUGUST 9 - 13

Atlantic City, NJ --- Tony Bennett, one of America's most celebrated
performers, returns to Caesars Atlantic City August 9 - 13. Especially for
this encore performance, Bennett will perform backed by a 35 piece orchestra.

In the 45 years Bennett has been performing, he still remains one of music's
most popular singers. His latest album, "Tony Bennett: MTV Unplugged," was
awarded the Grammy Award for Album of the Year. In the category of Best
Traditional Pop Vocal, Bennett also won the Grammy Award for the same album.
His Grammy Award collection now totals half a dozen. He's performed with the
Red Hot Chili Peppers at the MTV Video Music Awards and been named "Top Jazz
Artist of the Year," by Billboard magazine. In the last 27 weeks he's topped
the dance charts with his latest album, bringing him in company with now
popular alternative artists such as the Smashing Pumpkins. Without changing
his legendary style, the great singer has once again become "hip" in the
music scene.

When presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Academy
of Popular Music, the president of the academy, Sammy Cahn, said of Bennett,
"The award is a valentine from the writers who are grateful to Tony for
making great songs sound even better."

In the four decades that Tony has been performing and recording, he
introduced many now-classical songs into the American pop songbook. Perhaps
one of the great reasons for his success is his enthusiasm for each and every
performance. "The thrill of performing hasn't changed in years," says
Bennett. "I've never gotten bored yet and I don't think I ever will."

The son of a grocer in Astoria, Queens, the little New Yorker, Anthony
Benedetto, grew up singing and drawing. His illustrious career began when Bob
Hope heard him singing in the Old Greenwich Village Inn. Hope suggested he
throw out his then stage name (Joe bari) and go with the name that would
later become household common, Tony Bennett. Hope then invited him to sing at
the Paramount Theatre. Later, Bennett went on a ten day tour with Hope. The
rest is, as they say, musical history.

Bennett has also recorded Perfectly Frank, in which he pays tribute and puts
his personal stamp on 24 of Sinatra's signature saloon and torch songs,
including "One For My Baby," "The Lady Is A Tramp," "Nancy," and "A Foggy
Day."

Show times for Tony Bennett at Caesars Circus Maximus Theater are: Friday and
Saturday at 10:00 p.m. and Sunday at 9:00 p.m. All shows are $50. Infared
Listening System 500 is available in the 1,100-seat Circus Maximus Theater.
To charge, call TicketMaster at 1-800-736-1420. For show information, call
Caesars Box Office at 1-800-677-SHOW.

MASTER MUSICIAN - GENIUS OF SOUL

RAY CHARLES PLAYS CAESARS CIRCUS MAXIMUS

AUGUST 31 - SEPTEMBER 3RD

Atlantic City, NJ --- Ranking among the masters of music, one of America's
most honored musicians, Ray Charles, plays the Maximus August 31 - September
3rd. Opening for Ray Charles will be comedian Wendy Liebman.

Listeners still swarm to hear his blues, jazz, country and ballad songs,
which are uniquely touched by his musical intelligence, empathy and sense of
humor. His rough, sweet voice is well remembered backed by the sounds of his
big band, strings and chorus. Whether you remember him from his first musical
hit, "I Got A Woman" (1958) his humorous Diet Pepsi commercial, "You've Got
the Right One Baby," his feature in the movie "The Blues Brothers," or from
his unique mark on every facet of opoular music be it R & B, jazz, country
and westren or rock n' roll, you do remember Ray Charles. He is a musical
monument in America.

1994 marked the year this legend received his 12th Grammy Award in the
category of "Best R & B Vocal by a Male Performer," for the song, "A Sonf For
You." It's the same song presidential nominee Bill Clinton publicly announced
as his all time favorite song. But Charles' success can't be measured by his
dozen Grammy Awards alone. He's been presented with numerous other awards
including the National medal of Arts by President Clinton and the World Music
Award in Monte Carlo for his "Lifelong Contribution to the Music Industry."
The national Academy of Arts and Sciences also bestowed upon charles their
highest honor, it's annual "Lifetime Achievement Award."

Charles has performed in many mediums, from television to universities. A
performance on a major network's television special honoring Irving Berlin's
100th birthday brought him an Emmy nomination. The State of Georgia named Ray
Charles' version of "I've Got Georgia On My Mind," as their official state
song.

It's no surprise Ray Charles was among the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's
original inductees in 1986. In that same year Charles received one of The
Kennedy Center Honors, which are presented annually to individuals who,
through a lifetime of accomplishment, have enriched American life by their
achievement in the performing arts.

Show times for Ray Charles at Caesars Circus Maximus Theater are: Thursday
and Sunday at 8:00 p.m., Friday at 10:00 p.m. and Saturday at 9:00 p.m. All
shows are $40. Infared Listening System 500 iis available in the 1,100-seat
Circus Maximus Theater. To charge, call TicketMaster at 1-800-736-1420. For
