     Windows software uses more memory and runs slower, causing the  system
to run slower too. If speed is an issue, use the Dos software. In spite  of
what  Supervoice claims, slowness is a Supervoice and/or TSR issue.  It  is
NOT  modem  related. (Also run MEMMAKER if you have Dos 6.x after  the  Dos
software  is installed). Old drivers for ATI video cards cause  a  problem,
try VGA driver. Also use Version 2.21 of MACH32.

     There  are  two settings for volume (record and play)  in  Supervoice.
Default is 50, we normally set 100. Use the default Init for Supervoice.

     We support the Modem portion of this package and will do our best with
the  software.  If Supervoice doesn't work, does Bitfax for Dos  work?  One
problem  we've  see  w/ Supervoice only, not hanging  up  properly.  If  we
haven't an answer for the software software you may call:  818-457-9684 and
ask for Tech Support. They also will provide software updates as needed. or

     Supervoice is provided (it is not part of the 'purchase') as voice/fax
software only. Bitfax for Windows (voice version) will also do Data.
