     Sorry, we cannot sell any software, or exchange it for another 'brand'
if Zoom changes vendors. The software included we are allowed so ship  ONLY
with  a modem package, and our contracts with the software Mfrs forbids  us
supplying software in any other fashion. We will upgrade to a later version
of your software if we have one available. If you have defective  software,
wrong sized disks, etc, we will replace the disks for you.

     If you have an ERROR during install, cannot read the disk, or when you
try  to run the software from it's directory get an Error, we  can  replace
the  disk.  If you get the Error during running, try  re-installing  first,
after     deleting     all     the     files     in     that     directory.

disks. PC or MAC?  What is the serial # of your modem? (Bottom of external,
bracket of Internal, battery compart of pocket). Are they 5.25" or 3.5". If
5.25"  do you need 1 HD (1.2m) or 2 DD(360k). Please print all info on  the
label  of your present disk. If no version or date on label, then  what  is
version on the opening screen?

included, we cannot send out software.

     BTW...  All current software must be run from a HARD DRIVE  and  needs
2meg or more free to install & run.
