Description:
Small Windows ABCWIN is a small-configuration/save/restore utility
program with the following capabilities:

o Helps you configure a customized, small (as little as 2.5 M-bytes)
version of MS Windows 3.1 to dramatically save disk space on your
portable or other computer where disk space is limited.

o Provides save/restore functions for backup of the small windows
configuration to either hard disk or one or more floppy disks. The
save/restore functions include a seamless user-friendly shell to the
popular Pkzip and Pkunzip file compression utilities.

o If you like to try out new Windows applications, you won't have to
worry about them messing up your current Windows files, because you
can now simply and quickly restore them without having to accomplish
     a tricky de-installation.

     Other ABCWIN features include a data-integrity/virus self-check, a
nice (fast) menu-driven user interface, substantial error checking,
documentation embedded within the program, and instructions on how to
obtain additional small-config/save/restore programs for other large
windows applications, including popular word processors, spread sheet,
and presentation packages.

As commercial software grows and competes to provide everything for
every type of user, it consumes far too many computer resources. ABCWIN is
one of a growing family of programs written by the author with the objective
of providing the user with additional configuration options and control over
his installation, permitting several large applications to comfortably fit
onto computers with limited disk space, and achieving a portable easy-to-use
backup/restore capability.
