TROUBLESHOOTING
1.	Check the release date of WP.
2.	Read the appropriate sections in the manual and workbook.
	Tip - The manuals are in Folio, e.g., -MANUALS.
3.	Check SCNs, Folio and the STR database.
4.	Check cell and column formats in Table Edit.
5.	Check Initial Codes in Setup and Document Initial Codes.
6.	Check Reveal Codes.
7.	Duplicate from a blank screen.
8.	What is the smallest Table that the problem can still be duplicated 
        in?
9.	Does the problem occur using (accelerated) keystrokes, the mouse, 
        or the pull-down menus?
10.	Are any other document screens open when the problem occurs?
11.	Are other applications running when the problem occurs?
12.	Run vanilla.
13.	Does the problem occur in Both Text and Graphics modes?
14.	Is the customer running under Shell?  What version?  Does the 
        problem occur when starting WP from the DOS prompt?

Note:	If the customer is having a problem in the International version of
the product, try having him/her duplicate the problem in the latest US
version of the product.  If you can duplicate the problem in the US
version, put the US date as the date of the product when writing an STR.


REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR AN STR 
1.	The release date of WP. 
2.      Exact keystrokes to duplicate the problem.
3.	Everything you have tried so far. 
4.	Include the exact formulaused for Table Math.
5.	Indicate if you can duplicate the problem. 
6.	Any workarounds youor the customer are using.
7.	Printer selection.   
8.	All hardware information. 
9.	Is thecustomer sending files in?
10.	Folio lookup words used.

MATERIALS TO BE SENT IN WITH AN STR A file that duplicates the problem. 
Itmay be your own if you can duplicate, or the customer's file if you
cannot.  AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS files.
