TROUBLESHOOTING

1.	Check INFO Door. Search for third-party graphics software names
        and file formats.
(i.e.: WPG, TIFF, PCX, HPGL, etc.)
3.	Check Print Preview. Does it look correct? Does this differ from
        Graphics or Full-Page modes?
	A.	If it looks correct in View Document and is printing wrong,
                try printing the document graphically
(Shift+F7. If this makes no difference,
                follow the Printer troubleshooting steps.
	B. If you are using an EPS file, from a DOS prompt, try copying
the file "EHANDLER.PS" (located with printer files) directly to
a POSTSCRIPT printer. Next copy the EPS file directly to
the postscript printer (e.g., COPY EHANDLER.PS LPT1, then
                COPY <filename>.EPS LPT1).
4.	Check the settings for the box options. Reset all of
the attributes in the Image Editor.
5.	Exit WP, come back in and try again.
6.	Save the document, delete the graphics box code from the document
        and re-create it.
7.	Try duplicating the problem from a clear screen.
8.	Try using one of the .WPG files that ships with WP.
9.	Try a different file format from the third-party graphics package.
Check to see if the problem only occurs with bitmap or vector
        type graphics.
10.	Use startup options for WP.
11.	Check the display driver and try using a standard VGA driver
if a High Resolution driver is selected.
12.	Run vanilla.
