
TROUBLESHOOTING These steps must be completed before an STR is written.   

1.	Does the display problem occur if you switch display modes?
        (i.e.,...  graphics to text mode, full page to graphics mode etc.) 
2.	What graphics driver is selected?  Does changing to standard IBM VGA
        or EGA correct the problem? 
3.	Does booting vanilla correct the problem? If so, reload TSRs one at
        a time until the problem TSR is found.
4.	If you have a problem only in graphics or full page mode, do
        you have another application that uses graphics mode (like Windows, 
        Presentations, etc.) that the problem occurs in.
5.	Is the display problem document specific?   
6.	Has the problem always occurred?  If not, when did it start happening?
        Was there any work completed on the machine or any hardware or
        software added?

Note:  If you are having a problem in the International version
of the product, try duplicating the problem in the latest US
version of the product.  If you can duplicate the problem in the US
version, put the US date as the date of the product when leaving a message.

REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR AN STR 
1.	Address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number.
2.	Graphics card make and model.
3.	AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS 
4.	Exact steps to duplicate the problem if it is document specific.
        Include the file with the STR.
5.	If the machine has local bus video, please include the computer make
        and model.
6.	If the problem occurs after booting vanilla, how much memory both
        before booting vanilla and after?

MATERIALS TO BE SENT WITH AN STR 
The only time files need to be sent in is if booting vanilla solves the
problem.
