DESCRIPTION

The Universal Lottery Picker (ULP) is the ultimate lottery utility! ULP
can be easily configured to choose any multiple number 'Lotto' or 'Keno'
lottery from 1 out of 2 numbers to 50 out of 99 numbers. In addition,
the Universal Lottery Picker contains special options to help you choose
'Pick 3' and 'Pick 4' daily numbers. All of your chosen lottery numbers
are stored in a special history file that is accessed by using the
Windows Notepad text editor (NOTEPAD.EXE). The numbers in the history
file are stored as a comma-delimited text file for easy import to a
variety of number analysis applications such as Lotus 1-2-3 and
Microsoft Excel. (NOTE: If you didn't install NOTEPAD.EXE when you
installed Windows, you can still access the history file from outside of
ULP by using the text editor of your choice.)

INSTALLATION

Place the files ULP.EXE and ULP.HIS on any floppy disk, hard disk, or
network drive, then place the file ULP.INI into your \WINDOWS directory.
Access to the application can be accomplished through Windows, OS/2 or
the Windows shell program of your choice.

To optimize the operation of the Universal Lottery Picker, make sure
that (1) ULP.EXE and ULP.HIS are in the same directory (no matter where
that directory is located) and (2) that the directory is placed in the
'Current Directory' property box when you create the ULP icon in the
Windows' Program Manager (or Windows shell).

SINCE THE UNIVERSAL LOTTERY PICKER WAS WRITTEN USING VISUAL BASIC, THE
FILE VBRUN200.DLL MUST BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE WINDOWS SYSTEM. VBRUN200.DLL
can be found on CompuServe, America OnLine, most bbs systems, or directly
from 4A Software (to order VBRUN200.DLL from 4A Software, please see the
instructions in the file REGULP.TXT).
