       Answer

The Answer field can contain any 5 letters or #'s.  The sample 
data has answers like 5 (different jobs during the last x years)
or 9 (different classes, taken on the subject of Theology), etc.

Do not draft a KSA asking for an answer that already has a field
dedicated to it below, e.g. Months of experience, or highest salary
during this KSA, or date of most recent experience, etc.

Instead of drafting questions w. multiple choice answers, e.g.
a) 0-100, b) 100-1000, c) 1000-5000, etc.  just let the user
put in the number directly, like 5000.  Your Personnel Dept
DBMS programmer can use his IF ANSWER > 100 query, rather than 
If Answer = "a", etc.
