Tonal Vision version 1.0, June 1994, is a demo program showing the
utility of a unique spectrum display format with waveform
modification capability.

This software version may be distributed freely, no fee; however 
the format and process are intellectual property of
Allen G. Storaasli, Comer Lake Technologies. (patent pending)

Usage:
  need PC, VGA
  works under DOS
  need SB compatible sound card; address H220
  -or- without sound card, this demo will process a 
  stored audio file

Important: files staf.dat and dltone.voc must be on local 
directory to make tnlvsn.exe work

Instructions: run tnlvsn.exe from DOS prompt.
   Graphic intro should appear
     no sound card-- select 1
     have soundcard, want to process sound file-- select 2
     have soundcard, use mic input-- hit enter
Processing screen
  enter causes capture, starts FFT processing
  time display and spectrum shown
  Tonal Vision plot (against musical staff) displayed

  use of arrow keys modifies the tonal signature desired; hitting
  enter starts recalculation of the new time domain signal; new
  signal is then overlayed on the original

  if sound card is in use, hitting enter will output the newly
  created sound to the speaker

  enter resets for next sample; or esc ends program
