QWK offline users will have their accesses toggled via baja exec_xtrn
calls that turn on ALL accesses on the way into the QWK menu, and resets
them on the way out.

Rooms can be baja ARS access limited by setting ARS LEVEL XX
requirements in baja before the ENTER.BAT external program is run,
either allowing them in, or telling them they don't have access to
that room.

Private rooms are accessed by the Room Host telling the Sysop that
so-and-so needs access and the Sysop adds a pre-arranged "access
exemption" flag or changes their LEVEL XX as above. Or the Room Host
is a trained co-sysop and makes the changes.

                            _______________

Well, that about covers it. Read it through a couple of times and it
gets really simple. These rooms add another unique customization
possibility to Synchronet!

Have fun!

(The brick imprint on my forehead is fading. Not for long though. I get
NetWare Lite next month...)
