\par STPM should be place in SysTop's directory.  If you do not have SysTop, don't worry, STPM does not need SysTop to work.  I would recommend placing STPM in a directory off your root, in a directory call C:\\SysTop... so if you decide to get SysTop later, everything is ready to go.
