ISSUE:

This patch incorporates the following fixes:
 ============================================

 1. Cosmetic changes to the subject field.

 2. The sender's address(DGN.DEN) of a message originating from a
foreign
domain will contain the correct DGN(Workgroup Protocol
Alias).

 3. Removal of duplicate entries in the auto-registration table.

 4. NGMSNADS will be unloaded cleanly in the event of a
pre-mature
    unloading of NWSAA service profile.

 5. Includes support for message format 41.

 6. Increased timeout flag from 2.5 minutes to 10 minutes to
allow for
    large parcels.

 7. The sender's address of a message originating from NDS via
GAM(Global
Access Module) will only be registered in the auto
registration table
if the sender is NOT in the GMHS database.

 8. The SNADSART.BTV file & SNADSCON.NLM has been expanded to
accomodate
    the extended addressing part.

 9. A new SNADSART.BTV will be automatically created upon
starting
    NGMSNADS and NGMADMIN.
