If you can get your hands on the 4/4/94 Flynn Theatre show do it! I was
at that show, and when the GCH came out towards the end of the second set
the night was complete. This was a great venue for Phish, an old
vaudville theatre that seated less than 900 people. As I recall they
really got into Harry and Cavern for the encore. Here's a little fun
fact; If you're ever in Burlington, drive past the old Hood milk company
and you'll see Harry on the side of the building--That's where he goes
when the lights go down.

-keep blowin' those horns.

I think it's a great idea! I was recently thinking about that practice
that died out when the Simpsons moved. It's high time we started it up
again! Any suggestions for this week? How about Run Like An Antelope?

Drew is right. I didn't see anybody flaming Willow when she was
looking for handsome young male phish phans. This is a fine place to
look for people who have many things in common with you -- sexual
orientation included.

Although "me too" posts generally don't add much to the discussion, a
few might be appropriate here...

I'm sorry I have to be negative, but this is really starting to annoy the snot
out of me.

In recent years on the net, we never had to sift through thousands of bad
trader alerts and such. While in theory this is a fantastic idea, to bash
somebody because you don't get something back or a reply for two weeks is
totally idiotic.

We all can not be fortunate enough to live our lives on the computer.
Unfortunately there are circumstances that can pop up in our lives that make
things hecktic. Time on e-mail can be few and far between. Weeks sometimes.

I was annoyed by this until it happened to me. Now I got quite upset. I have
never (let me repeat this because it sounds vaugly important) NEVER screwed
anybody in my years of taping and trading for the simple reason that it has
happened to me and it felt like shit. I still am harping on somebody who I sent
blanks to in October, but you don't see me posting any alerts on this one do
you?

I gotta go with fong on this one (and fong, my SNAIL mail bounced, can you
believe that? The package is on it's way. Again... ), some of you are living
out your trading lives as if it's a fast food chain. Have patience. Please.

I'm sorry if this is negative. I'm sorry if you had to read posts similar to
this once too often, but I feel better about it now.

great. Im glad someone took it upon themselves to do this AOL thing and I

Hi kids -

I have some bad news, but there is a happy ending !!!

(Good News)
OK, I am the DAT branch leader for this tree according to
the post with the structure and I have the DATs to start
this tree with.

(Bad News)
I have to leave on a 6 week trip that starts Sat, 2-18-95.
This gives me no time at all to wait and get the tapes and
trades to get the first 5 branch leaders (DAT) their tapes.

( Happy ending)
I have started to clone the 5 DATs that will get this tree
off the ground, I need to get the 5 DAT branch leaders to
send me their snail mail ( U.S Mail ) adresses, so that I can
send you the tapes before I leave on SAT, which happens to
be less than 24hrs away.

SO: if you are any of the following and you have not read
your e-mail yet, either do so, or send 2 blank (NEW)
90 min DATs to me @:

Brendan P. O'Neill

I couldn't have said it better myself.

If you don't care, don't post.

The last thing we need here is people who are afraid to post something
that's on their minds. Whether it's WATSIYEM?(Drew will take care of
these) or Who want's to trade? Tour? Trip? Gather? Procreate? Help me
deal with my suicidal thoughts? (A little extreme, but would you rather
ask people that you know something about and like or a trained, cold
professional?).

Not all of you may be interrested in any sort of community, but some of
us are. Please keep you're bad vibes to yourself if all you want is
discussion on Trading, tour info, and the like. I understand the
frustration about long or meaningless posts (waste of bandwidth), but
this is the reality of it. Let's make it as unabussive as possible.

Dave, Thanks for asking. I only wish I were, right about now.

-Matt
