I saw dude of life at a local Atlanta club and he and his band jammed.
Great covers and the bassist was incredible. Phish played a great show
at the atlanta civic center in october and i was wondering if anyone had
the show. It opened with Fee and llama.
I am new to phish.net and I am interested in getting involved in many of
the band internets. I was hoping if someone could send me info as to how
to get set lists from phish shows over december.
I would also like to get info about the Dave Matthews Band.net.
I am a big DMB fan and missed seeing them play with Phish. I do have a
copy of Dave Matthews and phish doing All along the watchtower. If
someone could please e-mail me about how to get on Dave Matthews.net.
thanks.
        For now a short good-bye-
                darren

next Monday? Hmm. (I know, I know it's non phish content, but I can't
seem to get connected to 'Minarets'-sorry!)

Hello All!

Does anyone have a tape of this show? Im most concerned with the second
set because of the covers of "Cannonball", "Sweet Emotion," and "Sparks,"
which are all in the framework of Tweezer. I must hear this. If anyone
has this tape, please email me at st931348@pip.cc.brandeis.edu. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much in advance......

Check out the big brains on the DownerMan!!! !-)

And along the same lines....

There's that scene in the car where Marvin gets his head blown off. In it,
the camera is first on Vincent, then cuts to Jules and Marvin, then back,
etc. etc. If you watch the scene outside the rear window during this,
you'll see
that the Vincent scenes were not filmed at the same time of day as the
Jules scenes (at least not all of them.) Sometimes the sky is much darker
than others and the neighborhoods change as well. I'm also pretty sure
that Marvin isn't in the car for all of that scene-- either that or he's
moving around in the back seat an awful lot.

I still think that Pulp Fiction is as good as Phish ( <--Phish Content)
and it's WAY, WAY, WAY better than the Dead. ( <--obvious Phlamebait).

Yes!! I'm a bassist and I've gotten so much influence from both Ohil
and Mike. I love how they're both so talented and they sound so
different. That's about the coolest thing I've heard in a long time.

You know, he could be. I understand his tape collection only includes 13

Someone please help!

I am living at Rutgers, New Jersey and need a concert listing through May
13-16. I have to get a few of my college friends (note: not phriends) to
a concert to experience what is the musical talent and creativity of Phish.

Please, if you have a listing of such dates/locations, email me at
bvlee.eden.rutgers.edu
with the ascii format, or give me your address and I will send a SASE for
a speedy reply. Remember, since this is only until the end of this Spring
semester, reply quickly.

although I haven't been to many of the concerts I would have to say Red
Rocks, Colorado on June 11th. It was one I was there to experience and to
this day the hairs on the back of my neck stand up when I listen to it. I
can't say that about many things. When you listen to it you can hear the
energyfrom the audience as well as the sheer pleasure in Phish. When you
start the tape and you here the audience chanting "WILSON!" it really gets
you going for a great musical event.

Alright, I sort of feel responsible for all this Pulp Fiction talk because
about 2 weeks ago I made a newbie offer and asked a Pulp Fiction question,
but this is not the place for discussion so let's put it to rest.

And to further stop the Pulp thread, Tarrantino has never revelaed what is in
the briefcase, nor will he. I met him in September at a screening of Pulp at
the CMJ Fest before it was released where he did a q&a and refused to tell
what was in it and said it was up to us to come to or own conclusions.

I certainly agree that the jam before the Providence Bowie is _not_ Energy
Guide. However, it does resemble, quite a bit, the song "Let The Day Begin"
by The Call, I think it came out aroud 1987 or 88. Any other thoughts, my
brother also thinks that the jam is that.

                 ****PLEASE CIRCULATE TO ALL****
****WORLD-WIDE RESPONSE EXPECTED BY 22:00 HRS GMT 13 FEBRUARY****

Within a small rural Maine post office, sits a man named Joe. Joe is a
U.S. postal clerk and thinks E-mail is nuts. He's a nice guy really--but if
alive in the 15th century, he would have believed the earth flat. He
remains a friend, regardless of his apparent disinterest in progress.

When not shoving junk mail into slots, selling stamps to the ordinary, the
stuffy, the perplexed and insane--Joe argues with me about the worth of
E-mail. He waits for me to arrive, at his arcane snail-mail storehouse, as
would a mongoose hoping for a chance at a young tender cobra.

Joe says E-mail is useless and will never replace the U.S. Post Office--which
has, I argue, become--a repository for junk mail and the occasional mutilated
check.

On Monday 13 February, Joe will--and for the first time--meet the Internet
and read the messages that I hope you will leave at my address.

                      73557.2627@compuserve.com

You know what to do.

I will forward Joe's comments to each of you. He'll read your messages from
my laptop--plugged into a phone line at the neighborhood bar--at 22:00 hours

(continued next message)
