ARTISOFT ANNOUNCES SECOND LANTASTIC(R) RESELLER ALLIANCE
          TOUR

Tour to Focus on Small Business Networking in the Era of
          Windows(R) 95

(TUCSON, AZ -- October 10, 1995) -- Artisoft, Inc. today
announced the second LANtastic Reseller Alliance Tour, a
nationwide executive briefing and in-depth technical
training session for resellers. The tour will focus on
Small Business Networking in the Era of Windows 95, and will
familiarize resellers with Artisoft's recently announced
LANtastic for Windows 95 and LANtastic 32-bit Client for
Windows 95 products. Attendees will receive evaluation
software, training, a rebate coupon, and an updated
LANtastic Power Source CD-ROM, with an estimated value of
nearly $3100. The sessions will run from October 12 through
November 7 in 24 cities across the United States and Canada.

Artisoft's first tour, held earlier this year, attracted
more than 7,000 resellers worldwide, over 95% of which
indicated they would recommend it to a colleague.

In reference to the first tour, Chuck Sherman, Vice
President and General Manager of Computer Solutions GSD,
Inc., Columbia Maryland, said, "It was great to hear the
company's positioning firsthand from top executives, and to
see hands-on product demonstrations from technical people
who really knew the product inside and out. The first tour
had much to offer in terms of product information and tools
like the Power Source CD-ROM that I could take back to my
business and immediately start using. I'm taking my entire
          staff to the second tour."

"Our second tour will help resellers understand that small
and mid-sized businesses are seeking a smart and
cost-effective migration to Windows 95 technology, but at a
gradual pace" said Bill Peterson, Vice President of
Worldwide Marketing. "The briefing and product training are
intended to demonstrate how LANtastic products are the
optimal choice for these businesses to integrate Windows 95
and existing PCs into a single, cohesive network," he added.

Presentations will be given once in each city on the tour.
Monday through Thursday sessions will be from 4:30 to 9:30
          p.m., and Saturday sessions will be either 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
          or 4:30 to 9:30 p.m.

          EXECUTIVE BRIEFING

platforms. With LANtastic for Windows 95, Artisoft
