UserQuest 2/2
UserQuest is NOT just another questionnaire to bother your users with!
Nor is it one of your nightmares in witch you struggle and fight with
software to get it installed, and later to find yourself using
inferiour software to strole over the drive in search of tekst that
users were willing to share with you; making this more YOUR quest,
than theires... No, UserQuest is a questionnaire for your users, *AND*
       the sysop!

Please consider using UserQuest, you can download (or Freq) your copy
of UsrQuest at The BusyBoard, it is called USRQ_B*.ARJ.
If you want to freq it, you can use the magic name USERQUEST.

Here's the news!
This sample news.txt file, shows how the format has to be of this
file, so NewNews can handle it.
Please have a close look at it, so you will be able to write your
own bulletins in a couple of minutes.
Every bulletin starts with a date (DD/MM), then ONE Title-line,
       followed by the text itself.
You dont't HAVE to start the textlines at position 8, but I like it
       better than starting all left.
EVERY bulletin has to be terminated by that sign you see at the next
       line:
