Ah Ha....Here's some late-breaking stuff:

New Moderator for OTHERNETS and Keeper of NETSALL.ART
   New Format for NETSALL.ART
There has been quite a bit of discussion about multiple entries in
Netsall.Art. Here's how I handle that situation:

Multiple entries require multiple contact points. Contact points can be
listed if they meet the following criteria:
   Contacts are in different zones.
Example- NoNet 9999 Joe Blow 1:999/99
                        Sam Smith 2:999/99
Contacts are in different countries in same zone
   Example- AnyNet-US Clyde Pasternak 1:998/98
            AnyNet-Canada Boris Baddenoff 1:997/97

Note: I reserve the right of limit the number of entries in the same
         zone different country classification.

The format of NETSALL.ART has been changed. Each NET entry may now
include a single, 79 character descriptive line following the net entry.
This new format will allow potential members to determine the general
theme of the network. The descriptive line must include specific infor-
mation about the network...NOT vaugue statements. Here's a sample:

AmberNet 105 Thom LaCosta 1:261/1352 AMBRKIT.ZIP
