agency with a fifteen member board appointed by the President and
confirmed by the Senate, established to advise the administration
and Congress on public policy affecting people with disabilities.
In developing our recommendations, we gather and synthesize input
from people around the country with various disabilities,
backgrounds, and views. I invite your comments, questions, or
suggestions about these reports and other work of the Council.
